FOGO — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026

MG Games ("we", "our", "us") operates the FOGO game, available on the web at astropork.com/fogo and as a mobile app (the "Game"). This policy explains exactly what we store, why, and how to get rid of it.

1. What We Store

2. What We Do NOT Store

3. Why We Store It

4. Transfer Codes

The Game can issue a short code that moves your identity to another device. A code lasts 15 minutes, works once, and is shown only to you. Treat it like a password: anyone who reads it can load your game. That is why the Game hides it behind a tap until you choose to reveal it.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored on our own server in the European Union. All traffic uses HTTPS. Device keys and Game Center ids are stored only as SHA-256 hashes, so the stored values cannot be turned back into the originals. Our server sits behind Cloudflare, which may process your IP address for security purposes — see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's Privacy

FOGO is suitable for all ages and needs no personal information to play — only a nickname you invent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Retention and Deletion

We keep your name, score and hashed credentials for as long as you keep playing. Server request logs, which include IP addresses, are kept for a limited period for anti-cheat purposes and then discarded.

To delete your data, email [email protected] with the name you play under. We will remove your leaderboard entry, your play history and your stored credentials, and confirm once it is done.

8. Your Rights

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Any change is posted on this page with a new date above.
